Dr. Charles Sarosy:
Dr. Charles Sarosy is a Board Certified Surgeon who has been practicing Cosmetic Surgery for the past seventeen years. He is a member of the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He has performed thousands of surgery procedures with a very high rate of patient satisfaction. He specializes in body contouring procedures and is one of the busiest surgeons in Southern California.
His goals are patient safety and meeting the specific needs and expectations of each patient. This is facilitated through an in-depth consultation with the Doctor and his Assistant.
Dr. Sarosy utilizes state of the art surgical techniques. He attends several cosmetic seminars a year to stay up to date on the newest and innovative treatments. His goals are to achieve a natural appearing, highly aesthetic result.
Dr. Sarosy was raised in New York and completed his surgical training in San Diego. He graduated third in college and second in his medical class. He received numerous awards in medical school including an award for most outstanding performance in surgery. He was president of AOA, a prestigious medical school honor society.
Over the past seventeen years Dr. Sarosy has performed over 7,000 cosmetic procedures. He has trained many physicians in the art of Liposculpture and was a member of the Louisiana University Medical Center prior to relocating back to San Diego.

Dr. Carl A. Powell is a board certified surgeon who specializes in Cosmetic Surgery. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and American Society of Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American college of Phlebology, member of the international Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, and the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He has performed thousands of surgical procedures over the course of a thirty year medical career.
Dr. Powell grew up in California, attended college at the United States Naval Academy, did pre-medical training at San Diego State University, and completed medical school at the college of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He received the “Most Outstanding Student” award, graduating in the top ten percent of his medical school class.
Dr.Powell has been dedicated to Cosmetic surgery for the last fifteen years. He has been trained by prominent surgeons throughout the country, has attended workshops and seminars on the newest procedures, and has personally performed more than a thousand cosmetic procedures. He served as director of the San Diego Laser Medical Center, and presently is the director for the Powell Cosmetic Surgery Cardiff, California. He has joined with Dr. Sarosy in forming Femina Imago in order to bring the full spectrum of cosmetic care to women and families of El Centro and the Imperial valley. He is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art cosmetic care in a safe and non-threatening manner, and at a fair and reasonable price. His goal is to improve every woman’s self esteem and self image by enhancing her existing beauty.
